1. 7-Day Inspection Period

We offer a 7-day inspection window from the date of delivery (based on courier tracking) for all orders. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must contact us within this 7-day window. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. All footwear must be completely unworn, clean, free of outdoor scuffs or creasing, and returned in its original packaging box.

2. Damaged During Shipping or Factory Defects

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing errors, please contact us immediately upon receipt. To evaluate and process your claim efficiently, we require clear photos or a short video showing the defect along with the original shipping label and outer packaging.

3. Replacement & Exchange Policy (Primary Resolution)

In the event of shipping damage, wrong items received, or factory defects, fakegoldengoose reserves the right to provide a brand-new replacement exchange as the primary resolution. We will ship a fresh replacement pair of the same model and size at no additional cost to you, covering all associated re-shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

Monetary refunds are issued strictly in cases where an exact replacement size or alternative model is completely out of stock and unavailable. Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. How to Initiate a Request

To start an exchange or refund request, email our support team at fakegoldengoose@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Your Order Number

2. Shoe model and size

3. A brief description of the issue

4. High-quality photos or videos showing the issue and packaging

6. Policy Exceptions

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests under the following conditions:

1. Shoes showing signs of outdoor wear, sole dirt, or heavy upper creasing.

2. Items damaged due to improper handling, alteration, or care after delivery.

3. Change-of-mind requests submitted after the 7-day inspection period has expired.
